Our next 2012 Regional Dinner will feature the cuisine of LAZIO
MAY 22nd, 7pm, Obikà Century City
Join the Obika Staff and Sommelier Diego Meraviglia for our next dinner ispired by the Lazio region. Rome is the jewel surrounded by a famously bucolic countryside, where the Tevere river lazily snakes around gentle green hills. Lazio cuisine can best be described as flavorful: everything from vegetables to pasta is prepared in ways that make hearty, basic flavours just pop out of the plate.
The event is part of our 2012 Monthly Regional Dinners program, where we present one Italian region per month, through its cuisine and wines. Special guests and sommeliers will be present to bring their know-how of the region.
The dinnersusually take place on the third/fourth Tuesday of the month.
